- We are open Monday-Saturday from 9am-6pm with exception for holidays
- Squeeze in appointments are bookings made outside of business hours. These are 7am slots and cannot be booked on the website. Please WhatsApp or text “SQUEEZE IN”. An additional $1500 will be charged for these bookings.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all PMU brow and lash appointments
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits must be paid prior to your appointment no less than 24-48 hours before. If no response is given 24 hours before your booking, we have the right to delete the booking. Deposits can be made at our location.
- Only one rescheduling is permitted with a penalty. Once you’re unable to make it after this rescheduling you will be required to pay a 20% rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling less than 1 hour before your appointment results in a 20% service charge.
- Lash appointments may take 2 hours so schedule ample free time.
- A late fee of $500 is charged after 20 minutes and after every 20 minutes passed. If you arrive an hour late, there’s a strong possibility that the appointment is canceled
- NO EXTRA COMPANY! Please come alone or your appointment may be cancelled upon arrival.
- Once you create a booking you will see a summary page followed by a thank you confirmation page and an email. If you did not get an email please contact us and be sure to check your junk/spam mail. We will reach out to you via WhatsApp initially and send a deposit reminder to you.
- Only lash and PMU services have a grace period.
- We do not do foreign (previous work not done by us)refills without a consultation. You may need to remove the existing lashes and book a fullset if we are unable to work over it. If you are unsure if it may be a refill please book a fullest.
- Please arrive makeup free. If we have to remove extra makeup, it will attract a $500 charge.
- We strongly suggest pre-booking fills to ensure you are able to get your appointment on time for your next visit to avoid additional fees for retention loss/ grown out lashes.
- 2-Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set 2.5 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set 4+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have great lash retention, lashes need maintenance to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out to prevent them from causing damage to the natural lashes.
- Please remove your contact lenses.
- We ask permission to take pictures of our client. Please note once you agree you have given us consent to post on our platforms.
If you experience premature shedding ( more than 5 lashes per eye) within the first 3 days if your duty to let us know immediately. We will redo your lashes free of cost. We will not redo fall-out complaints after these days.
Lash clients should arrive with super clean lashes free from mascara, strip lash glue, and oil-based products. Cleansing attracts a few of $500. This ensures maximum retention of your lashes.
